About

What Hyrewell is, and who makes it.

Hyrewell is an applicant tracking system with agentic AI screening for small teams. You post a job once; it reads every application against the must-haves you set, ranks a shortlist with the evidence quoted from each resume, books the interviews and e-signs the offer. It is built in Singapore by Fundrego Pte. Ltd. Free to start, paid plans from US$29 a month.

The idea

Small teams get the same pile of applications a big company gets, without a recruiter to read it. Most software answers that with a score. Hyrewell answers it with evidence: for every requirement you wrote, it shows the line in the resume that met it, or says plainly that nothing did. A person still makes every call — the product just makes sure the call is made on what the candidate actually said. That is the whole of the slogan: It reads the pile. You make the call.

Who and where

Hyrewell is made and operated by Fundrego Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. It is a small, founder-run product: the person who answers support@hyrewell.com is the person who builds it. Data handling is described in full in the Privacy Policy; the contract is the Terms of Service.

Not to be confused with

Hyrewell (with a y) is not Hirewell, a US recruiting agency; not Hyrell, a US applicant tracking product; and not Hyrwell, a lighting brand. If you were looking for one of those, this is not it.
